Applying Design Concepts

In Lesson 3 you applied the first three steps of the Design Thinking process. In this lesson, you will work with developing a Prototype and Testing your result.

Move to Lesson 4 Bullseye Display in the training application. Drag and drop the Bullseye Display to the phone. Now decide if you want

  • one background image with buttons laid over it, or

  • individual images for each button.


You will be building a city application. Revisit your notes from Lessons 1 – 3. Keep in mind the 3-click rule as you design.

  • What button labels will you use?

  • What image or images will you use?

  • How will you address the four criteria for a well-designed Bullseye Display?


Share your design with another designer. Keep notes on what looks good, as well as suggestions for changes. Then, make all necessary iterations.
